Block dates
In the property page, click on the Calendar tab.
- Click on the starting date of the period of time you want to block
- In the pop up window, tick the option unavailable for guests to block the dates
- Select the ending date
- If applicable, select the cleaning type for the starting and the ending date. The selected type of bedding will be shown in the related cleaning mission details
- Cleaning before can be set either with host or property manager bedding
- Cleaning after can be set either as cleaning with property manager bedding, delivery, no cleaning
- Select the type of stay among
- Host stay in case of the host return to the property
- Maintenance
- Other for all other cases
- Add a comment in the notes section, if needed, then click on update to save the changes
The blocked dates will be marked in grey in the property calendar.
NB: You can't edit past dates availability or if there is a reservation in the same dates.
Unblock dates
- Click on the starting date of the period of time you want to unblock
- In the pop up window, tick the option available for guests
- Select the ending date
- Click on update to save the changes
The grey bar will disappear from the dates you unblocked.
NB: In case the unblocked dates have shortened a host stay, a cleaning mission will be created on the host check-out date.
Color code of reservations
The color code on the property calendar and the inline calendar indicates the type of reservation or its status:
Short term reservation
Mid-term reservation
Reservation extension
Cancelled reservation
Cancelled reservation with fees
Dates blocked
