This integration allows you to seamlessly import external calendar availabilities and reservations into RentalReady.
You can add one or more iCal URLs per property from external reservation platforms to automatically import reservations into RentalReady.
How to set up
From the property page, go to Calendar
Click on Configure iCal Calendar Sync
Add ical calendar URLs
Add the iCal calendar URLs from other reservation platforms.
You can add multiple URLs and activate or deactivate them individually.

Set up the platform name and URL
You have the option to import the guest name, it will show up on the Notes field.
Once done, click on save to finish configuration
N.B.:
- Imported iCal reservations will appear as reservation in the RentalReady calendar (but no finance information)
- iCal calendar sync manages availability only. Prices, messages, payments, and guest information are NOT synchronized
- Automatic sync runs every 15 minutes. Due to this sync frequency, there is a risk of overbooking if reservations are made on external platforms during the sync interval. In the event of an overbooking, you will receive an email notification

What if you already have a reservation on those dates?
- The reservation will not be imported
- You will receive an email notification with details
What if a previous imported reservation disappears from the iCal connection?
- RentalReady will automatically cancel the reservation
- You will receive an email notification with details
What if a reservation gets updated?
- RentalReady will update the reservation accordingly
- Except when the update would cause an overbooking
- In that case:
