You can create and manage promotions directly in RentalReady to be pushed on reservations platforms.
Promotions are supported in both full synchronization and partial synchronization modes.
Promotions per platform
Each reservation platform supports promotions differently.
Booking.com

| Mobile Rate | Provide discounted rates for users booking via mobile apps or browsers to attract more traffic (N.B.: you can set only 1 mobile rate per listing) |
N.B.: Please note that Genius and Get A Deal are not considered as Promotions. You will always have to opt for and set up these programms on your Booking.com extranet.
Airbnb

The guest can choose one of two booking options on Airbnb:
From the property page, click on Edit Property, go to the Pricing tab |
VRBO

Create promotions
Property level
From the property page, click on Options > Pricing Settings > Promotions
Click on Create Promotion
N.B.: For Hotel groups, make sure to create the promotions on the Room Type properties.
Fill the form:
- Select reservation platform where the promotions will be applied
- Select promotion type (only available promotions for the platform selected before will appear)
- Add a custom name for the promotion(only staff user will see it)
For Booking.com promotions:
- Set basic configuration:
Select the Target Audience
Add the Discount Promotion Value, expressed in percentage
Select if the promotion is Non-Refundable or not

Set booking requirements:

Select the Minimum Nights of the reservation for the promotion to be applied:
If 0, the minimum stay set up at property level is required
If 1, no minimum stay is required
From 2 to 7, the number of nights you selected is required
Add Days Before Check-In the guest must book
Select Active Weekdays: which days of the week the promotion is applied

Set Date and Time Restrictions:
Define Stay Period when promotion is applied
Define Booking times, if necessary
Define booking period, based on the property's time zone, if necessary
Define blackout dates, when the promotion should not apply
N.B.: Booking.com Mobile Rate is applied Always by default
Once the form completed, click on save to create the promotion.
Office level
If you wish to apply the promotions to all your properties at once, you can do it from your office settings.
Promotions will be then automatically applied to any new properties you will create in RentalReady.
Manage promotions
Once the promotion has been created, it will appear in the promotions dashboard.
Use filters to refine you search
Edit promotions
You can edit a promotion by clicking on the icon Edit on the last Action column.
Delete promotions
You can delete a promotion by clicking on the icon Delete on the last Action column.
Display on platforms
Once promotion is applied, the guest will see a strikethrough price.
