You'll find RentalReady-generated documents, including invoices, credit notes and statements, in the Invoices dashboard.
From the main menu, go to Finance > Invoicing > Invoices.
You can refine your search by applying the filters at the top of the page
Download documents
You can choose to download a single document or several at the same time.
Download a single document
To download a single document, click on the link in the last column "PDF file"
Upload multiple documents
If you want to download several documents but not all, you must :
- check the box in the first column for each invoice line you wish to download
- click on Export > ZIP
If you want to download all the results, you must :
- check the box in the first column in the heading line, this will check all the results
- click on Export > ZIP
