Once your AI agents are created and live, you can follow what they do, approve their actions, share them with colleagues and keep an eye on credit usage.
From the main menu, go to AI Suite > AI Agents
Open an agent
Approve actions
When an agent needs your approval (a guest message, a financial or destructive action), the action waits until someone approves or rejects it. Nothing is sent before that.
Audit runs
Every run and every action is logged. Open an agent to see what it did, when, and what triggered it.
Pause or stop an agent
- Pause an agent to stop its runs temporarily; activate it again whenever you want
- Use the emergency stop to halt an agent instantly if it is not behaving as expected
Edit an agent
You can go back to the builder at any time to change the instructions, capabilities or triggers. Test the agent again before saving your changes.
Share an agent
- Open the agent and go to Configure > Sharing
- Add a colleague as editor
An editor can only be added if they hold every permission the agent's capabilities need. If one is missing, sharing is refused with a message naming the colleague and the missing permission, for example: "Jane Doe cannot be an editor: missing Can access call recordings."
N.B.:
- This is checked continuously. If an editor loses a permission, or a capability needing one is added to the agent, the agent disappears from their list. It comes back as soon as the permission is granted.
- For a team, every teammate must hold the required permissions.
- An editor cannot add a capability they don't have the permission for.
- Runs always act on behalf of the owner of the agent.
Transfer an agent
You can transfer an agent to a new owner from Configure > Sharing. The transfer is refused, and nothing changes, if the new owner is missing a permission the agent needs.
If you transfer an agent and want to keep access as an editor, you also need every required permission. Otherwise, transfer it without keeping access.
Follow credit usage
From the main menu, go to AI Suite > Credits to see credit usage per user and per agent.
Each agent also has its own limits (runs per hour, outgoing messages per day). If an agent reaches a limit, it stops until the limit resets. Contact RentalReady support if your use case needs higher limits.
