Gather all information - only for payment system subscribers
- Owner passport or ID (front and back), not expired, in JPEG or PNG format & colour (driving license, residence permit, etc. are not accepted)
- IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code or Account Number and Sort Code
N.B.: If you don’t have all the information above, you won’t be able to Activate a property
Owner profile creation
In the main menu, click on Users > Owners > Add an owner
You have two options:
- Generate an owner onboarding form
- Create the owner profile yourself
If you choose to create the owner yourself, click on Start full registration and complete the form.
User
- Select the type of owner
- Natural owner (in case of an individual, physical person)
- Business entity (in case of a company)
- Ignore the other two options
- Type the owner's first name and last name. The username will be automatically created in the form of firstname.lastname. The owner will use it to connect to their RentalReady owner space
- Type the email address and the phone number including the country code (e.g. +33 for France)
- Upload the ID - only for payment system subscribers
- Two separate photos for front and back
- In case of a passport, just upload it once in the front section
- If not a natural owner, upload the company's Articles of Association
- You can also upload a personal photo that will be used on their Airbnb profile (if left blank, our onboarding team will retrieve a random picture from a public database)
- Select the default language: this will be applied in the dedicated owner space
- Select the Property Manager (if your user is linked to multiple property manager accounts, make sure to choose the right one, otherwise you won't be able to select the owner when creating the property)
Address
- Type the home address, city and region
- Select the country of residence
N.B.: payment split system subscribers will need to add the owner's actual primary residence address for KYC validation purposes.
Notifications
Here you can choose which notifications the owner will receive via email at the address provided in the user section.
Bank information - only for payment system subscribers
- Fill in the owner IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code or the Account Number and Sort Code
- Select the currency
The IBAN must be issued from the owner same country of residence.
Payment settings - only for payment system subscribers
- Leave the requires KYC validation? option ticked
- Select the payout period you want to apply
- Per day, the payouts will be sent at the end of the each reservation
- Per week, the reservation amounts will be stored in the stripe virtual account until the selected payout day, and will be paid in a single payout (this only applies to the owner, as a property manager you will still be paid at the end of each reservation)

Invoicing
If you selected the owner type as business entity, you can add here the company's VAT number and legal name. These info will be shown in all the auto-generated invoices.
If the owner is not subjected to VAT, select the option VAT free. VAT displayed on guest invoice will be 0%.
City tax information - only for payment system subscribers
- Untick the city tax paid to owner option if you prefer to collect the city tax on behalf of your owner.
If the city council has provided a platform for the self-declaration of the city tax amounts, you can add here its owner login details.
Once you have completed the form, click on save changes to create the owner profile.
