When an owner is created in RentalReady, a dedicated white-label space is automatically created (i.e., with the property manager's logo and information).
The owner space enables him to track property data: reservations, financial data, performance, etc., as well as to manage his calendar, according to the permissions granted.

Please contact RentalReady support team if you want to remove the view from all owners of:
- guest name
- number of guests
- platform/OTA information
- reservation details page
- reservations where owner net revenue = 0
- guest reviews statistics
- platform statistics
Access the owner space
Access the owner space
The owner space can be accessed from:
- the web (https://pms.rentalready.io or your personalized url)
- the RentalReady Owners mobile application (available on the App Store and Google Store)
Login the owner space
If notification is activated on the owner, he will receive an email to connect to his space with the access link and his login.
If the owner has not received the email notification, you can send him an invitation by going to Users > Owners.
From the Action column, click on ... > Send invitation
Once on the web or on the application, the owner logs in with the login.
They can then click on reset password to create a new password.
N.B.: As a reminder, the login is the one you added when you created the owner in RentalReady (usually firstname.lastname).
You can find it by going to Users > Owners
For example, here the login ID is: agenttestx.test.

Once logged into the owner space, the overview page is displayed.
N.B.: the language in which the owner space is displayed is set when the owner is created/edited.
To access other pages, owners can click on the tabs in the main menu. The available pages are:

Overview
The overview page contains financial statistics for all properties, such as :
- occupancy rate
- net income
- average daily income
(based on check-out date)
Ongoing reservations are displayed along with the last 4 reviews. The owner can view the full review and reservation details by clicking on it.
N.B.: it is possible to remove the review view (see article on permissions).
He will have access to recent activities such as :
- new reservation
- reservation modifications
- reservation cancellations
- property activation
- property deactivation

Calendar
On this page, the owner will find the properties calendar.
N.B.: it is possible to add or remove the view from certain functionalities (see article on permissions).
Monthly view
He can select the property he wants from the first drop-down menu
He can then access the calendar, as well as the daily rates, reservations and missions.
The owner can change the display settings by clicking on the button of the same name, in order to see or not on the calendar :
- cancelled reservations with fees
- cancelled reservations
- daily price
- minimum stay
- missions
To find out more about a booking, he can click on it
If you have given the owner permission to View checklists when creating or modifying their profile, then they will be accessible on the mission ID from the calendar.
By clicking on Manage calendar the owner will be able to block dates if they wish to stay at the property
- click on Unavailable for guests
- select dates
- choose the type of cleaning
- if the chosen cleaning option is subject to a charge, the amount will be displayed in blue
- click on Save changes
Inline view
If you have added this permission to the owner, he can view the inline calendar of his properties.
To find out more about a reservation, he can click on it.
Accounting
On each tab of the Accounting page, it is possible to export data :
You can filter by property, transaction type, status and specific dates.
Payouts
This tab is displayed only for owners connected to a property manager who has subscribed to the RentalReady payment system.
The owner can track all payouts made to him.

Transactions
This tab lists reservations, payout adjustments and resolutions.
Depending on the date selected, the owner's net income is displayed.
When the owner clicks on the reservation, the financial details of the reservation are displayed.

Top ups
This tab is displayed only for owners connected to a property manager who has subscribed to the RentalReady payment system.
It contains all top ups links. The owner can create one by clicking on the button provided.
Reservations
From this page, owners can access the list of their reservations and download invoices.
Properties
From this page, owners can access a list of their properties.
Multi units
If the owner has multi units or hotels, he will find a dedicated tab (details, calendar, statistics).
Single properties
The owner will find a list of properties, which can be filtered by status or city by clicking on the icon at the top right of the page.
To view property details, click on More details or directly on the property.
The user will then have access to several tabs, including one for the property's statistics and data, including :
- average daily rate (ADR)
- occupancy rate
- blocked nights
- net income
- available nights
- nights booked
- average rating
- reviews
- reservation per platform
Dates can be selected to view this information for specific dates only.

The Reviews tab brings together all the comments left by guests on the platforms since synchronization with RentalReady.

The Listings tab will display links leading directly to the platform's listing as a guest.

In the Access details tab, the owner can modify some elements of the property. Modifications will be automatically applied and visible to the staff user.
