You can connect your property manager Stripe account to RentalReady and/or your owners Stripe accounts and assign them to the properties.
Please contact the RentalReady support team to activate this integration.
Before starting
- If a Stripe account is assigned to a property, it will override the property manager Stripe account
- If there is no Stripe account assigned to the property, the system takes the property manager Stripe account
- You will need these details from the Stripe account:
- Public key
- Secret key
Create a Stripe platform
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Stripe platforms
Click on Create a New
Fill the form:
- Add the name you want to give to that account
- Select the Property manager(s) which can access to this Stripe account
- Add the Secret Key
- Add the Published Key
Assign to Property Manager
If you select Property Manager here, then it will apply to all properties
Assign to Property
If you wish to connect only to a specific number of properties (for example one owner Stripe account per property), then you select them here:
Click Create Stripe Platform at the end to connect it to RentalReady.
N.B.: If a Property-level Stripe account has been set up, all payments (including upsells, security deposits, etc.) will be directed to this Stripe account.
Edit or Delete a Stripe platform
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Stripe platforms
On the right side column under Action, click on ... and select option you want: Edit, Delete or History
