Staff User space - Mobile App

The RentalReady PMS app has been specifically designed for staff users to simplify on-the-ground management of communications, reservations, and calendars.

Access the staff space

The staff space can be accessed from:

• the web (https://pms.rentalready.io or your personalized url)
• the RentalReady PMS mobile application (available on the App Store and Google Store)

Available Notifications

RentalReady PMS sents notifications to alert you on some actions.

The notification available at this time are :

• New messages in the mailbox

• New reservation

• Canceled reservation
• Last-minute reservation
• Reservation cancelled on check-in day
• Reservation cancelled during guest stay
• Blacklisted guest made a reservation
• Payment resolution created
• New upselling request
• Missing pre check-in form (two days before reservation starts)
• Guest registration not submitted, (two days after the reservation ended, and the guest registration is not submitted)
• Reservation relocated
• Extra cleaning time requests

If you want to activate them, you can go to Account > Settings > Tick all notifications you want.

Or  from your mobile:

• On Android :
  Go to Settings > Applications > Select Application > Notifications > Activate or deactivate

• On iOS (Apple) :
  Go to Settings > Notifications > Select Application > Activate or deactivate

N.B.: the language in which the app is displayed is the one set directly on your mobile settings.

Overview

From this tab, you can check :

• Today's arrivals

• Today's departures

• Ongoing stays

• Cancellations

Upon clicking on reservation, you'll be redirected on the reservation detailed page.

Mailbox

From this tab, you can manage guest conversations.

Properties

From this tab, you can see your active properties, and access the property page.

You can also manage availabilities, edit prices or minumum stays.

Calendar

From this tab, you can see the inline calendar.

Missions

From this tab, you can see the weekly view.

HomeReady Tickets

From this tab, you can manage the tickets and create new ones.
