RentalReady can send several types of notifications to property managers.
Email alerts
RentalReady can send email alerts for the following situations:
- for new reservations
- for cancelled reservations
- for modified reservations
- when an owner blocks the calendar
- when an owner unblocks the calendar
- for reservation requests on the GuestReady platform
- when an incident is created
To activate or deactivate these alerts, please contact RentalReady support.
N.B.: all these alerts can be sent to only one single email address.
Push notifications
RentalReady can send push notifications to your phone for guests messages received in the mailbox.
N.B.: Push notifications are only supported by recent versions of IOS and Android.

Activate/deactivate notifications on browser
To activate notifications on browser, follow these steps:
- Log in to your RentalReady staff user space on a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari)
- Add RentalReady to your desktop ("Save on desktop" button)
- Download the web app (from your browser or when it's suggested to you)
From the web app,
- From the main menu, go to My Account > Personal details
- Click on the Subscribe to messaging notifications button
- Authorize RentalReady to send notifications
To disable these notifications on browser, follow these steps:
From the web app,
- From the main menu, go to My Account > Personal details
- Click on the Unsubscribe to messaging notifications button
