Bulk actions

If you need to update/create a large number of values in RentalReady at once, you have two options: 

N.B.: any bulk update will replace the value already existing in RentalReady

 

Value formatting rules

To help you providing correct details to Maia or Support, you'll find in this article templates spreadsheets that you can duplicate and provide in your request. Please respect value format written in the examples.

 

Here are some tips:

  • Decimals use a period (.), never a comma: 0.19 (not 0,19)
  • Codes are often written in UPPERCASE: platforms are AIRBNB, BOOKING (not Airbnb, booking.com), reservation type is CLASSIQUE (not classique)
  • Keep column headers exactly as shown in the template
  • Dates use the YYYY-MM-DD format: 2026-01-31
  • One row per property/owner/agent/reservation

 

Bulk actions from Maia Insights

Here are the elements you can bulk update/create:

N.B.: You need permission to use Maia Insights and permission to perform the specific bulk action.

 

Bulk actions with support

Same value

If you want to bulk update the same value, here is what you will need to provide in your request:

N.B.: If your type of request is not on the list, please contact RentalReady support to understand if its possible.

 

Different value

If you want to bulk update a different value, please provide a spreasheet in your request, with at least 2 columns: 

  • Property IDs or Owner/agent usernames or Reservation IDs etc
  • Value (with Name of the field)

Example:

Bulk creation
