Once you have submitted a request to RentalReady support team when logged in your RentalReady help center user space, you will be able to follow up its status and/or reply.
Click on your account icon, then on my requests. You will see here all the requests you submitted in RentalReady help center.
Results can be refined by applying the filters on top of the page.
There are 3 request status:
- Open: RentalReady support team is working on your request
- Awaiting for your reply: RentalReady support team is waiting for your reply
- Solved: your request is fixed
