Maia Insights is an AI assistant embedded directly in the platform that allows you to query data and perform actions using natural language, without navigating dashboards or exporting reports.

Reporting & analytics
You can now ask Maia Insights to:
- Get revenue figures by property, office, period, or platform
- Analyse occupancy rates across your portfolio
- Compare ADR across properties or time periods
- Break down reservations by channel, nationality, booking window, etc.
- Track review scores by property and category
- Analyse mission activity (cleaning, check-in, check-out)
- Monitor platform sync errors
Visualisations
- Generate bar charts and stacked bar charts directly in the chat
- Visualise trends for revenue, occupancy, reviews, and operations over time
Reports & exports
- Send reports by email (revenue, occupancy, performance summaries)
- Export large datasets as CSV
- Schedule recurring reports (weekly, monthly, custom cadence)
Property description updates
- Update property descriptions in any language
- Apply changes to multiple properties at once
Calendar management
- Block or unblock dates with a reason (maintenance, owner stay, etc.)
- Check for existing reservations before blocking
Mission creation
- Create cleaning, check-out, or extra missions from the chat
- Assign agents and set duration
Scheduled tasks
- Schedule recurring tasks and reports
- List and cancel existing scheduled tasks
Credits & usage
Maia Insights works with a credit-based system.
- Each account receives 5000 credits per month
- Credits reset monthly ( 1st of each Month at 02:00 AM)
- Credits are primarily intended for day-to-day usage in Flash mode
Two usage models are available:
- Flash model: Faster and lower credit consumption, recommended for most daily queries and actions
- Enhanced model: Uses a more advanced model and consumes more credits, designed for complex analysis and reasoning
Additional credits:
- Extra credits can be purchased directly from Maia Insights Balance tab
- Pricing: 19€ euros excluding VAT per 1,000 credits
- Any additional credits purchased are invoiced on top of the monthly RentalReady invoice
