The analytics page is gathering a large number of financial and general data about your company.
1. Access to the Dashboard
Each user can only view the data for offices to which he/she is assigned.
By default, all offices and all properties are selected.
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Analytics
2. Using the Dashboard
The dashboard presents data updated live (except for Occupancy tab which refresh daily at 7 a.m.), all values are displayed in local currency.
- Variation Indicators: Changes in green or red indicate the variation from the previous period, depending on the date filter selected
- Dynamic filtering: Click on a property name to filter page data for that property only. Click again to cancel the selection. It's the same for many objects like platform, short term etc
- Data export: To export data, over the desired table or chart, click on the three dots at top right, then select Download
3. Dashboard data
Reservations tab
Here you will find analytics about reservations: rental income, commission revenue, cleaning fees, average lenght of stay etc.
Occupancy tab
Here you will find analytics about occupancy: property and office occupancy, days booked, daily prices etc.
Ratings tab
Here you will find analytics about ratings: average ratings per platform, ratings monthly evolution, rating details etc.
