This feature uses artificial intelligence to generate an automatic reply to reviews left by guests.
N.B.: artificial intelligence only takes into account the public reviews to generate the reply.
Create an automated reply
From the main menu, go to AI suite > Auto-reply to reviews
Click on Add new configuration
Complete the form:
- Check the option to enable automatic reply by artificial intelligence (AI)
- Select offices
- Select the properties:
- Select All if you want to apply on all properties from the office(s) selected
- Select Specific if you want to apply on only some properties from the office(s) selected, then add the properties
- Add the minimum review rating at which AI will respond
- Add the time at which the reply will be sent (local time is defined on each office by the time zone set)
- Add the hours delay before the AI reply is sent
Example: If you put 48 hours and it's passed but it’s 3 a.m., the AI reply will be sent during the next available daytime hours
Once you have completed the form, click on save changes to configure AI suite
N:B: You can edit this settings whenever needed
Disable AI suite automatic replies
From the main menu, go to AI suite > Auto-reply to reviews
Click on Settings > Enable ( turn off)
N.B: Replies are only submitted until 30 days after guest leaves their review
