Overview
All reviews andratings left by guests on the reservation platforms after their stay are imported into RentalReady.
From the main menu, go to Reservation > Guest Reviews
You can refine your search by using the filters at the top of the page
For each imported review, you'll find reservation details, review, global rating and sub-ratings in relation to :
- Location
- Facilites
- Check-in
- Communication
- Accuracy of information given
- Cleanliness of accommodation
Reply to guest comments
You can reply to reviews left by guests directly from RentalReady.
There are two ways to do this:
- Manually
- Automatically
Reply manually
Click on the See details or Reply button
You can entirely write your reply to the review or you can use artificial intelligence (AI) by choosing to obtain an instant reply that matches the review and the rating given by the guest.
Once the reply suits you, click on submit to publish it.
Automatic reply
It is possible to let RentalReady reply automatically to guest review thanks to artificial intelligence.

Manage comments
For each review, you can:
- Archive
- Assign: Allows you to assign a staff user to this comment, who will be responsible for replying to the review.
- Open a ticket: If a guest has mentioned a faulty piece of equipment or a point for improvement, you can open a ticket which you can assign to a staff user, a staff users group or department, and which will also be shared with the owner. This ticket will then be visible in HomeReady and in the reviews section. You can then follow the progress of the ticket, with the aim of resolving the problem.
