How to activate a property?
Step 1
Create the owner profile.
NB: skip this step if the owner profile is already existing
Step 2
Create the property and fill the mandatory fields.
NB: if you want the owner to create the property via the self-onboarding form, wait for the form to be submitted then review it
Step 3
Publish the property on reservation platforms.
N.B. : you can do step 4 before step 3 if you wish
Step 4
Activate the property
It is necessary to activate your property, otherwise, the status of the property will remain Inactive, the prices and availability will not be effective (prices blocked at 9999 euros/night for example) on reservation platforms.
Go on the property page > Options > Set property as active
N.B.: missing elements that prevent the property from being activated will appear in an alert. Correct all errors then refresh the page. You should now be able to approve the property.
You have activated your property! Its status changes to active.

- connect your property to pricing tools
- manage your availabilities to obtain reservations on connected platforms
