There are two options to manage the pricing factors controlled by the pricing algorithm and any additional pricing factor at property level:
- Via the RentalReady property's calendar page
- Via the property creation form
Calendar page
In the property page, click on the calendar tab.
The list of factors can be found in the column on the right, in the pricing parameters section.
Tick/untick the factors you want to activate/deactivate, then click on submit at the bottom of the page. The daily rates will be updated according to the changes applied to the factors.

In the property page, click on Edit property > Price
The list of available pricing factors are located in the pricing section.
