Minimum stay: short availability factor
This factor reduces the minimum stay value set by the pricing algorithm depending on the number of available nights between two reservations or blocked periods. This variation can't exceed the minimum stay value set at property level.
N.B.: please note this factor is not taken into account when using a third-party dynamic pricing tool
Forbid one night minimum stay for the weekend
This factor will prevent any 1 night reservation with check-in date on Fridays or Saturdays, by increasing the minimum stay value to 2 nights.
N.B.: this increase will not be shown in the RentalReady property's calendar page
Daily difference
Add 1 or 0 to the daily rates in order to trigger a price change on the platforms and improve the listing's visibility.
