A checklist is a task list that your agents will require to fill in order to mark a mission as completed.
A checklist is made up of steps, tasks and questions.
Each mission generated in RentalReady has a checklist to complete.
Checklist templates
Checklist templates are used to standardize the list of tasks to be carried out by agents, by associating a checklist with a type of mission and at least one office. It is also possible to have a checklist template for each mission sub-type.
When you create your RentalReady account, you'll have a checklist template associated by default with each type of mission. However, you cannot modify them.
It is therefore advisable to create your own checklist templates to customize them to your needs.
You can create your own checklist templates from the checklist editor.
Setting up checklists
Past checklists
It is possible to let agents complete and send checklists in the past, i.e. after the mission date.
Contact RentalReady support to activate this option.
N.B.: Once this option has been activated on the office, you can activate or deactivate it at agent level.
Agent geolocation
It is possible to check agent geolocation when submitting checklists.
When this option is enabled, the agent must be in the vicinity of the property to validate and submit the checklist for each mission from the RentalReady Agents application.
N.B.: These parameters can be modified per office. You can therefore have different settings for your different offices.
Contact RentalReady support to activate this option. You will need to provide them with the following parameters:
- chosen office(s)
- the proximity to the property. The value is expressed in meters
- mission types to be excluded from this option, if necessary
- mission subtypes to be excluded from this option, if necessary
N.B.: Once this option has been activated on the office, you can activate or deactivate it at agent level.
