Create a checklist template – Help Center

To create your own checklist, from the main menu, click on Configuration > Templates > Checklists

Click on create new

N.B.: you can also create a new checklist from duplicating another one

Fill in the form:

Enable the checklist if necessary
Add a name
Add a description, if necessary

Configuration

In this section, you can apply the conditions on which the checklist template will operate.

Select the mission type and sub-type

Select the office(s) or properties

Amenities

The system will automatically create a Y/N task type for each one of the selected amenities in the forms:

Is <XXX> working?
Is <XXX> in the property?

All these tasks will be added to the list of tasks generated via the tasks section.

Tasks

In this section you can create all the checklist template tasks. The form has to be completed in at least one of the languages supported by RentalReady.

In the name field, fill in the task question

Select the field type among:

Number	The agent will reply to the question by selecting a number between the maximum and minimum value set in the form
File	The agent will upload a number of photos or video between the maximum and minimum value set in the form
PDF	The agent will import a number of PDFs between the maximum and minimum values set on the form.
Time	The agent will select a time between maximum and minimum value set in the form
Text	The agent will fill in a written text whose length between the maximum and minimum length set in the form
Yes/No	The agent will reply Yes or No to the question

You can select an action that the system will perform once the task is completed among the list in the drop-down menu
By selecting a category among the list in the drop-down menu, you can regroup the tasks in multiple sections
If the box this task is mandatory is not ticked, the agent will be able to submit the checklist without completing this task
