Once you've connected your TTLock smart locks to RentalReady, you can manage them from the Key management dashboard.
Manage devices
From the main menu, go to Reservation > Key management > TTLock smart locks
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
Guest notifications
Guests and agents can unlock doors from the guest space or use a code.
The existing template variable direct_booking_website_check_in_url can be used to direct guests to the page where they can unlock their locks.
Guest can unlock also via the Property tab on the guest space
Guest can unlock also via the Booking tab on the guest space
Unlock Doors for Agents
Agents will find an unlock button for each linked gadget in the mission details page. The unlock button is only available within the access time window. If a mission is cancelled, the unlock button becomes unavailable. The access time window is determined by the office-level smart lock settings.
Access code specificity
When a TTLock smart lock is linked to a property, RentalReady will automatically generate a 6-digit PIN code for each reservation.
Guests can choose to either use the remote unlock button in the guest space or type the PIN code directly on the lock — both options are available in parallel.
Setting code validity periods
The validity period of codes can be adjusted at the office level:
code validity before cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 60 (1 hour)
code validity after cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 600 (10 hours)
code validity before arrival time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)
code validity after departure time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)
Contact RentalReady support to inform them of your choice.
