Once your TTLock account is created, you can connect it to RentalReady and set up your properties.
N.B.: Your personalized RentalReady sub-domain does not allow the connection between RentalReady and TTLock.
Before starting the connection, please make sure you are logged on to RentalReady with the following domain:

Connect the account
1. Add account
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key Management
Go to the TTLock accounts tab
Click on Options > Add a new account
Fill in the form:
Add a name to the TTLock account you are creating
Select a property manager
Click on Save to create the account
2. Authorise Account
The TTLock account added to RentalReady will automatically be inactive.
To set it to active status, you must authorise the connection between RentalReady and TTLock.
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key Management
Go to the TTLock accounts tab
On the TTLock account line, in the Actions column, click on ... > Authorise
You will be redirected to a TTLock login page.
Log in to your TTLock account and fill in the required information.
Once the account is authorised, you will be redirected to RentalReady, and the TTLock account will be in active status.
3. Sync Devices
On the TTLock account line, in the Actions column, click on ... > Sync Devices
Properties Setup
You have to set the key strategy of the property to Managed smart lock. A new field will then appear in the property edit form, where users can select the devices. Please note that all devices linked to a property must belong to accounts of the rental’s property manager.
Access time window can be set at Office level
From the property page, click Edit Property
In the Guest instructions > Key management tab:
Select Managed Smart Lock lock in the key strategy field
Select the locks matching the property
Click Save to apply your changes.
