Manage codes
Codes will now be generated automatically by RentalReady and sent to guests in the SELF_CHECK-IN notification by using the yacan_lock_code variable.
Agents will also have access to these codes from the details page of the mission assigned to them.
On the mission details page, you can generate a new code or update an existing code for agents.
Setting code validity periods
The validity period of codes can be adjusted at the office level:
Yacan code validity before cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 60 (1 hour)
Yacan code validity after cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 600 (10 hours)
Yacan code validity before arrival time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)
Yacan code validity after departure time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)
