Once integration with Yacan has been activated, you can connect your account and set your properties.
N.B.: Your personalized RentalReady sub-domain does not allow the connection between RentalReady and Yacan.
Before starting the connection, please make sure you are logged on to RentalReady with the following domain:

Connect the account
1. Add account
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key Management
Go to the Yacan accounts tab
Click on Options > Add a new account
Fill in the form:
Add a name to the Yacan account you are creating
Select a property manager
Click on Save to create the account
2. Authorise Account
The Yacan account added to RentalReady will automatically be inactive.
To set it to active status, you must authorise the connection between RentalReady and Yacan.
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key Management
Go to the Yacan accounts tab
On the Yacan account line, in the Actions column, click on ... > Authorise
You will be redirected to a Yacan login page.
Log in to your Yacan account and fill in the required information.
Once the account is authorised, you will be redirected to RentalReady, and the Yacan account will be in active status.
3. Sync locks
On the Yacan account line, in the Actions column, click on ... > Sync locks
Properties Setup
From the property page, click Edit Property
In the Guest instructions > Key management tab:
Select Yacan lock in the key strategy field
Select the locks matching the property
Click Save to apply your changes.
