Manage codes
Codes will now be generated automatically by RentalReady and sent to guests in the SELF_CHECK-IN notification by using the remotelock_code variable.
Agents will also have access to these codes from the details page of the mission assigned to them.
On the mission details page, you can generate a new code or update an existing code for agents.
Setting code validity periods
The validity period of codes can be adjusted at the office level:
- RemoteLock code validity before cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 60 (1 hour)
- RemoteLock code validity after cleaning (in minutes) – default value: 600 (10 hours)
- RemoteLock code validity before arrival time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)
- RemoteLock code validity after departure time (in minutes) – default value: 120 (2 hours)

Reservation status
For properties using RemoteLock, the reservation status will automatically change to “Arrived” when the code is used for the first time.
