When you create or modify an agent, you can choose to send email or app notifications to agents for different events: a new mission, a mission cancellation, a mission change, etc.
Email content
The information in email notifications is white label (i.e., in the name of the property manager), but the content is not customizable.

When creating or modifying the agent, you can decide which emails to send by checking or unchecking the different triggers and then saving.
The agent will receive these emails at the email address you added when creating their profile.
Mission management
Assignment to a check in mission
When a reservation is created, a check-in mission is automatically generated. A message is sent to the agent, either because they are assigned by default to check-in missions for the property, or because they accept the mission in the absence of a default assigned agent.
Assignment to a check out mission
When a reservation is created, a check-out mission can be generated if configured. A message is sent to the agent, either because they are assigned by default to check-out missions for the property, or because they accept the mission in the absence of a default assigned agent.
Assignment or registration for a new cleaning mission
When a reservation is created, a cleaning mission is automatically generated. A message is sent to the agent, either because they are assigned by default to cleaning missions for the property, or because they accept the mission in the absence of a default assigned agent.
Mission cancelled
When a reservation is canceled, the mission is also canceled. The agent receives this message.
Mission cancelled by a staff user
When a mission is canceled by a staff user, the agent receives this message.
Agent assignment
Unassign an agent from a mission
Staff and agencies users can unassign an agent from a mission, in which case the agent receives this message.
Confirmation of the mission following the update of the arrival or departure time
If the guest's arrival or departure time is updated on their reservation and the Mission already accepted by the agent button is checked on the time change page, the agent will receive this message.
Mission delayed
When a check-in mission is postponed, the agent receives this message.
Push notifications on the mobile app
When the agent downloads the RentalReady Agents mobile app, notifications will be sent to them based on the settings made when creating or modifying their profil on RentalReady.
N.B: Mobile app notifications for agents always redirect to the main app interface, not to a specific page within the app.
