You can set the price of missions that the agent is expected to earn for each service performed.
Setting mission prices
The price is set for each type of mission and for each property
Check-in mission
Check-in missions have a fixed price per property. It applies to all agents.
Go to the property page, click on Edit property > Platforms
Add the price of the check-in mission (the value is expressed in VAT)
Click on save to apply the changes.
Check-out mission
Check-out missions have a fixed price per property. It applies to all agents.
Go to the property page, click on Edit property > Platforms
Add the price of the check-out mission (the value is expressed in VAT)
Click on save to apply the changes.
Cleaning mission
There are two ways of defining the price of a cleaning mission: a fixed amount or an hourly rate.
Add a fixed price for cleaning missions
The fixed price for cleaning missions is set on each property and applied to all agents.
Go to the property, click on Edit property > Platforms
In the Reservations parameters section, click on the + button
Add the price of the cleaning mission (the value is expressed in VAT)
Click on save to apply the changes.
Add an hourly rate to cleaning agents
If you wish to define an hourly rate for cleaning missions, this is set for each agent and each property. You can therefore have a different hourly rate for each agent.
From the main menu, go to Users > Agents
In the actions column, click on ... > Edit
Add the hourly rate (the value is expressed in the currency of the branch and includes VAT)
Click on save to apply the changes.
Go to the property, click on Edit property > Missions
In the Cleaning mission section, add the cleaning duration for the property (the value is expressed in minutes)
The price of the cleaning mission will be calculated according to the hourly rate defined for the agent and the cleaning time indicated on the property.
Example: if the hourly rate is 20 and the cleaning time is 60, the price of the cleaning mission is 20€.
Extra mission
Extra missions have a different fixed price for each mission when it is created.
Once on the mission creation page, add the price of the mission
Summary of missions completed
You can view a summary of the missions carried out by an agent in order to pay for their services.
From the main menu, go to Users > Agents
In the actions column, click on ... > Summary
Select the desired period
You will find the detailed list, in addition to the total summary for the selected period.
