When an agent is created in RentalReady, a dedicated white-label space is automatically created (i.e., with the property manager's logo and information).
The agent space allows him to track mission data, reviews, statistics, checklists, etc, according to the permissions granted when the agent was created or modified.
Access the agent space
Access the agent space
The agent space can be accessed from:
- the web (https://pms.rentalready.io or your personalized url)
- the RentalReady Agents mobile application (available on the App Store and Google Store)
Login the agent space
To give the agent access to his username for logging in, you can send him his username/identifier (usually firstname.lastname).
Once on the web or on the application, the agent logs in with the username.
He can then click on reset password to create a new password.
N.B.: As a reminder, the username is the one you added when you created the agent in RentalReady (usually firstname.lastname).
You can find it by going to Users > Agents
For example, here the login ID is: cecil.taylor
Overview
Once logged into the agent space, the homepage opens first.
N.B.: the language in which the agent space is displayed is set when the agent is created/modified.
To access other pages, the agent can click on the tabs in the main menu. The pages available are:
- Homepage
- My to-do
- Upcoming missions
- My past missions
- Available missions
- My reviews
- Mission statements
- Monthly summary
- Inline calendar
- Dashboards
- My account
Homepage
The homepage page shows:
- the number of missions to complete
- the number of missions available
- statistics: average rating, 5-star reviews and completed missions

My to-do
This page displays the agent next missions, day by day.
From this page, they can:
- see mission information
- see mission details
- fill the checklist
- report a problem
- request extra time
- report a delay
See mission details
By clicking on See mission details, the agent will have access to all the information required to complete the mission, including
- address
- type of bed
- type of bathroom
- check-out time
- next check-in time
- property access information
By clicking on the Actions button, the agent can print this page if required.
Fill the checklist
By clicking on the Fill checklist button, the agent can answer the questions and add photos/videos if necessary.
Once the checklist has been completed and the Finish this mission button clicked, the mission is considered complete.
Report a problem
If the agent observes damage, a missing object or any other problem, he can report it by pressing the Report a problem button.
They can then add photos and a comment.
The message will be sent directly to you by opening an Incident on HomeReady.
Request extra time
If the mission requires more time than initially planned, the agent can make the request via the Request extra time button.
To justify the request, the agent must add:
- additional minutes over and above the initial duration of the mission (e.g: the mission is 180 minutes long, but the agent needs an extra 30 minutes, so he should write 30)
- one or more photos
- details of the request
Report a delay
From the agent space, the agent can report a delay
By clicking on the corresponding button, they can add the new arrival time and the reason for the delay.

On this page, the agent will find all upcoming missions.
From this page, he can:
- cancel the mission
- view mission details

This page shows the agent's past missions.
From this page, he can:
- view mission details
- fill in the checklist and view checklist results (according to the permissions given to the agent when it was created or modified)

- completed cancelled missions
- missions with missing checklists
- cancelled missions
Available missions
This page lists all available missions.
Available missions are all missions not already assigned to an agent.
Depending on the level assigned to the agent, the visibility of this page changes.
From this page, the agent can see:
- type of mission
- date and time
- address
If he wish to carry out a mission, he can self-assign by clicking on Sign up for the mission.
This mission can then be found on the My to-do and My upcoming missions pages.

My reviews
On this page, the agent finds all the reviews and ratings left by guests.
The agent only sees the criteria specific to the mission. For example, if the mission is cleaning, the agent will see the rating and review related to cleaning.
He also has a view of :
- average rating
- number of comments left
- ratings
Mission statements
On this page, agents can find their mission statements.
Mission statements are intended to enable agents to justify the missions they have carried out and to draw up their invoices.
The mission statements details the agent's information, the date of the mission, the type of mission, the location and the profit.
The mission statement is generated once the mission has been marked as completed and/or verified by a staff user.
The agent can select dates in order to select attestations for a specific month.
Mission statements can be downloaded from this page in CSV and PDF format.
Monthly summary
The monthly summary is a recap of all missions carried out by the agent during the month, including:
- the mission
- type of mission
- reservation
- property
- mission dates
- duration
- status
- income
- ratings and reviews
N.B.: the agent can export the monthly summary in CSV format.
Inline calendar
If you wish to give View inline calendar permission to an agent, then the agent will have access to it with only the properties for which he is assigned as default agent.
Dashboards
If you wish to give View dashboards permission to an agent, then the agent will have access to the check in, check out, cleaning and extra dashboards.
For the cleaning dashboard, the agent will find all cleaning missions, the reservation ID, the mission ID, the cleaning agent assigned to the mission, information on the next reservation, the start time and duration of the cleaning mission, the number and type of beds, comments and cleaning checklists.
