Multi-units are groups of several properties.

There are two types of multi-units in RentalReady:

Groups
Unit Group management allows you to group several properties under a single multi-unit.
The multi-unit is composed by a single main unit and sub-unit(s)
For example, a guest house with several rooms, which can be booked entirely or separately.
This feature will automatically synchronize calendars of all properties from the same multi-unit.

Hotels
Hotel management allows you to group several properties under a single multi-unit.
The hotel gather one or several room types which are composed by one or several inventories (properties).
This feature provides inventory-based room control, and advanced integration with reservation platforms, especially with Booking.com.

Identify Multi-Units
Properties
All properties which are part of a multi-unit, are updated with a:
- a new badge, indicating if it's a main unit or a sub unit, for unti groups
- a redirect link to the multi-unit details
Inline calendar
The inline calendar visually groups properties that belong to a multi-unit.
For groups, the main unit is marked with a dot to better identify it.
