Next steps
Once you added hotel information, at least one room type, and uploaded hotel photos, you can:
- Edit the information you already set
- Create another room type, if applicable
- List the hotel on Booking.com. It’s recommended that the whole hotel is created, before onboarding on Booking.com
What to expect:
- Rate plans are added on Hotel level, and can be Enabled or Disabled at Room Type level
- Hotel Name will be propagated to Booking.com
- Smart Inventory Management - Reservations will be assigned to an available inventory in the booked Room Type
- Roomtype must have at least one inventory assigned
- Despite reservation being assigned to inventories of a specific roomtype, Room Type price is the price sent to booking.com (guarantee that your room type is always priced). You must absolutely set your prices on the room-type property. If you use a dynamic pricing tool (such as Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing), you will need to connect it to this specific property. If you set mid-term rates, you must add them on each property.
- Room Type Name of Room Type will be propagated to Booking.com ( Standard Room, Deluxe Room. Apartment with Balcony)
- Room Types can only be Added or Deleted from Hotel
- Occupancy Rate Impact should be disabled at RoomType level
