The call center allows you to manage your guests' calls directly from the RentalReady mailbox.
The call center is based on the Twilio trusted third-party platform.
Call Center features
The call center allows you to:
- Answer calls from your guests
- Call your guests
- View the status of your agents in real time (available, online, on call, etc.)
- Access call recordings
- Benefit from an analysis dashboard, providing an overview of your performance (call duration, handling rate, etc.)
- Track and manage call-related tasks, to keep track of guest requests
Activate the call center features
Contact the RentalReady support team team to inform them you want to activate the Call Center.

Guest Communication service
If you have subscribed to the Guest Communication service, you will not be able to access the Call Center as it is dedicated to the RentalReady Guest Communication internal team.
