All automated Airbnb host reviews are grouped together on a single page.
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Airbnb host reviews tab
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
Create a template
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Template
Go to the Quick Replies tab
Click on Create new
Fill in the form:
- Add a title to the Airbnb host review.
- Select the language for the Airbnb host review. It will be only sent for reservation where guest language corresponds to this one.
- Select the office(s) associated with the Airbnb host review.
- Select the status of the Airbnb host review.
- Write the text of the Airbnb host review template. You can use the same variables as for guest notifications in the content of Airbnb host review.
Once you have completed the form, click on save changes to create the Airbnb host review.
Edit a template
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Airbnb host reviews tab
Select the Airbnb host review you wish to modify from the list of Airbnb host reviews displayed, click on “...” then Edit
Edit what you need in the form
Click on save changes to edit the Airbnb host review
Deactivate a template
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Airbnb host reviews tab
Select the Airbnb host review you wish to modify from the list of Airbnb host reviews displayed, click on “...” then Edit
Select Inactive status
Click on save changes to deactivate the template.
Remove a template
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Airbnb host reviews tab
Select the Airbnb host review you wish to modify from the list of Airbnb host reviews displayed, click on “...” then Remove
This action is irrevocable.
