Overview
On Airbnb, after a guest stay, listing owner/Airbnb host can leave a review and rate the guest. RentalReady allow you to automate this process.
Reviewing guest on Airbnb will push him to evaluate his stay as well by leaving a review and a rating.
Automatic host review workflow
If enabled, the review is automatically sent upon guest check-out date.
A review is sent and the following fields are filled this way:
- Is guest recommended to other Airbnb hosts? Yes
- Cleaning 5/5
- Communication 5/5
- House rules were respected 5/5
The review and rating will then appear on the Airbnb guest profile.
Review content
The review from Airbnb host to guest is selected within a list of predefined reviews inside RentalReady, according to guest language.
This list is customizable at office level.

It is possible to use same variables from guest notifications in the reviews contents.
N.B.: if you have created no template, nothing will be sent.
Activate automatic host review
From the property page, click on Edit property.
Go on Platform tab > Airbnb parameters
Tick the option to enable automatic review after reservation
N.B: this option is enable by default at property creation
Disable the automatic review to be sent
Even if the option is enabled at property level, you can disable the review of a specific reservation, before guest check-out date.
From reservation page
On General tab > Review section > Cancel automatic review
From the Mailbox
On the menu on the right, go on Automation > Cancel auto-review
N.B.: You cannot disable the review once it has already been sent
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled with or without cancellation fees, the automatic review will be deactivated and will not be sent.
