WhatsApp is a worldwide instant messaging tool that lets you send text messages, images, videos and documents simply and securely. WhatsApp is available on smartphones, tablets and computers.
The integration between WhatsApp and RentalReady allows you to communicate with guests by message directly from the RentalReady mailbox.
Once the integration has been activated, you'll be able to view the messages that guests have sent you via WhatsApp, reply to them and/or send them automatic guest notifications.
Integration with RentalReady
Please note that:
- the integration only works with WhatsApp Business. You can create a WhatsApp Business account before activating the integration or during the connection process
- once you have connected a phone number to WhatsApp API, calls are not possible anymore from your side and guest side
- WhatsApp may charge you for sending automatic notifications, so please make sure to add a payment method to your account.
