When a reservation is cancelled before guest arrival date, all missions generated by system and associated with the reservation are automatically cancelled.
Specific case
When a reservation is cancelled on the day of guest arrival or during guest stay, the missions associated with the reservation are not cancelled. You will receive an alert on the #ops slack channel.
When a mission was created manually, even if associated to a reservation, it will not be cancelled automatically.
You will have to cancel these missions manually.
Manual cancellations
You can manually cancel a mission at any time, whether it was created automatically or manually.
From reservation page
From reservation details page, go to Missions section
On the mission you wish to cancel:
- Click on cancel
- Add a reason
- Click on cancel mission to confirm
From mission page
From the mission details page, click on Actions > Cancel mission
- Add a reason
- Click on cancel mission to confirm
After cancelling a mission, its status will changed to cancelled and the cancellation reason will be displayed on associated reservation page and mission page.
N.B.: Cancelled missions cannot be undone.
