Once Seam integration has been activated, you can set up your properties and connect your smart devices.
Connect devices
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Smart locks devices > Connected accounts
Click on Create a connected account and fill in the form
General details
- Select device brand (example: Nuki)
- Select property manager
- Select owner
Once the form has been completed, click on Submit
Authorise account
If you don't have current access to the device, link the account later by clicking on Copy link in the Link your device account section.
You can send this link to the owner of the connected device so that he can make the connection himself.
If you have direct access to the device, link the account now by clicking on Authorise in the Link your device account now section.
From the pop-up window, click on Continue and enter your account details for the brand you selected in the previous step (example: Minut, Nuki).
Complete the procedure to the end.
Link devices to properties
The list of connected devices in the associated account appears.
Select the corresponding property for each connected device.
N.B.: for devices sending codes like Nuki, please make sure to tick to option "primary devices" to make sure codes will be sent to guests.
Click on Submit
Set up properties
From the property page, click on Edit property
In the Guest instructions tab > Key management tab
Select Integrated lock in the key management field
