Once you've connected your Igloohome account to RentalReady and set up your properties, you can manage the access.
Manage codes
Code creation
Codes will be automatically generated by RentalReady.
Code validity
The access code becomes active 4 hours before the reservation's scheduled check-in time.
The code remains valid until midnight on the day of check-in.
If the code is not activated during the day, it won't be working the next day.
If the code is activated as it should on the day of check-in, then the code remain valid until midnight the day of the check-out.
Reservation changes
If a reservation is shortened, extended, or cancelled, the code cannot be deleted.
You will see the corresponding notification in Igloohome notification center.
From main menu, go to Reservations > Key management
Go to Igloohome Notifications tab
You can mark as resolved the notification once you dealt with it.
Guest access
If you want the code to be sent automatically to the guest, you must add the corresponding variables in the automated message template dedicated to send check-in instructions.

Agents will also be able to retrieve codes from the mission details page, on the section Key collection.
