Once integration with Igloohome has been activated, you can connect your accounts and set your properties.
N.B.: Your personalized RentalReady sub-domain does not allow the connection between RentalReady and Igloohome. Before starting the connection, please make sure you are logged on to RentalReady with the following domain: https://pms.rentalready.io/
Connect an account
1. Add account
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key management
Go to Igloohome accounts tab
Click on Options > Add a new account
Fill in the form:
- Add a name to the Igloohome account you are creating
- Select a property manager, one or more offices or one or more properties. This choice depends on the connection you wish to have between RentalReady and the Igloohome account you are creating:
- with your general RentalReady account: select only the property manager
- with one or more offices: select one or more offices
- with one or more properties (associated with different offices)
- Check the “is Iglooconnect account?” option
Click on save to create the account.
2. Authorise account
The Igloohome account added to RentalReady will automatically be inactive.
To set it to active status, you must authorise the connection between RentalReady and Igloohome.
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key management
Go to Igloohome accounts tab
On the Igloohome account line, in the Actions column, click on ... > Authorise
You will be redirected to an Igloohome login page.
Log in to your Igloohome account and fill in the required information.
Once the account is authorised, you will be redirected to RentalReady and the Igloohome account will be in active status.
Properties setup
From the property page, click Edit Property
In the Guest instructions > Key management tab :
- Select the device that matches the property in the key strategy field
- Indicate the Igloohome key lock ID (you can find it on Igloohome in Properties > Settings, at the top of the page)
- Save the section to apply your changes
