Codes management
Codes will be now automatically generated by RentalReady and sent to guests in the SELF_CHECK-IN template if you add this condition:

Agents will also be able to retrieve codes from the mission details page of their assigned mission.
The Igloohome access code becomes active 4 hours before the reservation's scheduled check-in time
The code remains valid until midnight on the day of check-in.
If the code is not activated during the day, it won't be working the next day.
If the code is activated as it should on the day of check-in, then the code remain valid until midnight the day of the check-out.
Code cancellation
When a mission is cancelled, associated Igloohome code can't be deleted.
You'll receive an alert in Slack #ops channel and you'll see the notification in Igloohome notification center.
From main menu, go to Reservations > Key management
Go to Igloohome Notifications tab
You can mark as resolved the notification once you dealt with it.
