KeyNest is is a trusted third party tool that allows you to manage and store your properties keys through key pick-up from collection points.
The integration between KeyNest and RentalReady allows you to automate guest key pick-up. Once you have set up your keys on KeyNest, the collection codes will be automatically generated and sent to guests and agents.
Integration with RentalReady
You first have to create a KeyNest account (KeyNest Pro Account).
Create your keys on KeyNest (My keys > Add a new keys). Property id on KeyNest must match the RentalReady property ID.
💡Tips: If you have several sets of keys for the same property, create one key per set in KeyNest. In order to have clearer monitoring of their use, we advise you to name them like this on KeyNest:
- "Property Name #1" for guests key set
- "Property Name #2" for agent key set
- "Property Name #3" for spare key set
N.B: "consignes bureau de la poste" should never be used as KeyNest point. This option does not work with the API).
N.B.: By default, the KeyNest code is valid 30 minutes before the traveler’s arrival. If you would like to customize this timeframe, please inform support.
