With the midterm pricing feature, you can set specific prices for stays of more than 28 nights, which will replace the price calculated by the pricing algorithm.
The minimum number of nights to consider a midterm reservation is 28 by default. But you can customize it at office level.
N.B. : Once the midterm pricing is activated, the monthly discount rule will not apply.
Set property parameters
Make sure that the Long-term rental option has been added to the property's amenities list.
Other parameters depend on the type of property:
- midterm property only
- short term property that accepts midterm

Apply midterm pricing
You can set two types of midterm pricing in RentalReady:
Display prices on direct booking websites
Midterm prices are displayed on the Book.GuestReady platform and on your direct booking website by RentalReady:
- on the search page
- according to property type, badges display :
- “Midterm only”
- “Best prices for reservations over 30 nights”.
The booking widget displays a monthly price on your direct booking website if the reservation is identified as midterm.
