Unpaid deposit warnings
Agent space
A red warning is displayed in the agent's check-in mission details page, saying the guest has not paid the security deposit.
Agents can access the payment page directly from their agent space to pay it on-site with the guest upon check-in or copy the deposit payment link and send it directly to the guest via email or text.
Reservation details page
The security deposit is shown in guest information card as unpaid.
Staff members can either cancel the security deposit or copy the link to forward again to the guest.
Weekly view
The red warning is shown in the check-in mission card.
System blockers for unpaid deposits
In case the security deposit is requested, the CHECKIN and SELF CHECK-IN notification templates won't be sent until the guest has made the payment via the link provided.
In case of check-in missions with concierge, the CHECKIN template can always be sent manually via the reservation details page: agents can access the security deposit payment link via the agent space to let the guest pay upon check-in.
