Once you have set the affiliate space, you can create an affiliate
Create an affiliate
From the main menu, go to Users > Affiliates
Click on Add an affiliate
Fill the form:
- Add the username, usually as firstname.lastname (no capital letter or special character). The affiliate will use it to connect to the Affiliate space
- Edit the commission if needed
- Add the first name and last name
- Type the email address and the phone number including the country code (e.g. +33 for France)
- Add company name and number
- Select the default language: this will be applied in the affiliate space
- Add the company address
- Select a staff user that signed this affiliate, if needed
- Add the Hubspot ID of the deal, if you are using Hubspot to manage your deals. It's only for data storage
- Add affiliate IBAN. It's only for data storage
Click on submit
Access the affiliate space
The affiliate will receive an automated email notification on the email address you set:
