Overview
Depending on their role in your organisation, you can create a personal account to all your collaborators, providers and clients.

| Staff user | Have access to all the software features and manage the day-to-day business |
| Agent | Can be assigned to multiple types of missions (check-in, check-out, cleaning, extra) and submit the checklists once completed |
| Agency | Can manage the cleaning agents they have been linked to |
| Owner | Have limited view of their properties and can manage the calendar availability. Depending on the permissions they have been granted, they can have access to other extra features ( only one owner can be assigned to a property) |
User permissions
Staff users
They have the same visibility and permissions as the property manager representative. They have access to all the sections in the main menu.
Here's a list of their main permissions:
- Reply to guest messages in the mailbox
- Create/edit properties
- Create/edit agents/owners
- Block/unblock dates in the property calendar
- Edit the pricing algorithm
- Edit the daily price and minimum stay in the property calendar
- Submit onboarding/platform/deactivation requests
- Review/submit guests ID and checklists
- Request Swikly deposits
- Create payment adjustments
- Refund guest reservations
- Login as owner/agent
Agency and agent
Both agents and agencies have a limited view of the software: they only have access to the agent space to check their missions status.
A dedicated app has been developed for the agents, RentalReady Missions, available on both iOS and Android devices.
N.B: for the first connection to their space, the agent and the agency must login with an internet page in order to accept the terms and conditions. Without this step, they may not have access to all the data on the app.
Here's the list of their main permissions (depending on the property manager setup):
- Assign themselves to a vacant mission
- Unassign themselves from a mission
- Assign/unassign different agents to a mission (only for agencies)
- Mark the mission as completed
- Report any damages to the property
- Submit the mission checklist
- Request extra-time to complete the cleaning mission*
- Have access to the global calendar
- Have access to the dashboards
(*) Subject to the staff user review
Owner
They only have access to their owner space to check their properties performances.
An app is available for them, RentalReady Owners, for both iOS and Android devices.
N.B: for the first connection to their space, the owner must login with an internet page in order to accept the terms and conditions. Without this step, he/she may not have access to all the data on the app.
