Once integration with Keyless is activated, you can set up your properties and manage codes.
Properties setup
From the property page, click Edit Property
In the Guest instructions > Key management tab:
- Select the Dubai Keyless in the key strategy field
- Add the corresponding Keyless listing ID
- Save the section to apply your changes

Sending codes
To ensure that guests receive the code, you must add the variable dubai_keyless_booking_id in the guest notification.
Codes will be now automatically generated by RentalReady and sent to guests in the SELF_CHECK-IN template.
Agents will also be able to retrieve codes from the mission details page of their assigned mission.
Codes uses
After a code is created, the guest has to claim the key in the Keyless app using the code. Once this code has been used by the guest, they will have access to the key, but we won’t have access to it through the RentalReady. In this situation, any update has to be done manually from the Keyless dashboard.
For these cases, you will receive an alert on the #ops-office channel for you to manually handle the codes.
You can also access the errors and mark them as solved from the Keyless dashboard
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Key management
Go to Keyless notifications tab
You can see the codes created but not used by the guests under Users > Pending invites and the guests with their codes under Users > Guest
N.B.: when a guest has access to a key but the reservation is cancelled, they can still access the property or block the access of another key. Please make sure to delete the code from your Keyless account.
