Once your Welcome Pickups account is connected to RentalReady, you can start offering transfers to your guests.
Set up properties
Welcome Pickups team will create a booking page for each RentalReady property.
Once the page has been created, you can add the page link to your property.
From the property page, click on Edit property
Go to the General > Other
Add the link in the taxi_url field and save.
Offer transfer to guests
Send link automatically
Add the corresponding variable to the CONFIRMED guest notification template. The variable is referenced under this name: “Taxi transfer partner URL”.
In this way, the link to the page for booking a Welcome Pickups transfer will be automatically sent to guests.
You can also propose the return transfer to the guest in the DEPARTURE guest notification template. Add ?dropoff=1 after the variable corresponding to the URL of the taxi partner” without using spaces.
Example: Book a return transfer from this link: {{ taxi_transfer_link }}?dropoff=1
