From the main menu, go to Configuration > Direct Booking Website
In the Actions column, click on ... > Edit
N.B.: Remember to save each tab before moving on to the next one.
General settings
From this tab, you can configure general settings such as:
- Content languages
- Hide prices (N.B.: If instant booking and/or stay extansion via guest space are enabled, the guest will still be able to access the payment page, where they will see the price and be able to pay)
- Logos
- Footer
- Search filters
- Links to your social networks
- Google Tag Manager
- Enable Downpayment
Homepage
From this tab, you can configure the information on the home page:
- Featured picture
- Featured properties
- Featured guest reviews
- About us section
About us
From this tab, you can configure the information on the about Us page:
- Featured section
- Add as many sections as you like
Help
From this tab, you can configure the information on the help page:
- Add as many questions/answers as you like
Travel guide
From this tab, you can configure travel guide pages:
- Add a page by selecting the city
- Add a featured picture
- Add as many sections as you like
N.B.: only cities where your properties are located in and published on direct booking website are available to create travel guide
Legal
From this tab, you can configure legal requirements:
- Add your terms and conditions (will also be displayed in pre check-in form if enabled at office level)
- Add you privacy policy
These texts will be displayed to guests when they are finalizing their reservation.

Design
You have the possibility to change the color and typeface of your direct booking website. If you would like to make these changes, please contact RentalReady support with the color code and typeface name you require from this list. If you would like a different typeface, please also attach the Font or CDN document.
