Survicate is a trusted third party tool that allows you to create survey to evaluate customer satisfaction through NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicator.
Integration with RentalReady
You first have to create a Survicate account.
Once done, please contact the RentalReady support team to inform them you want to activate this integration.
You will have to provide them the API key.
Create a survey
Once RentalReady support team confirm they have activated the integration, log in your Survicate account.
Create an audience and make sure “nps_completed_this_month” attribute equals "false". This filter is mandatory if you want only one survey to be requested to your owners every month.
Create a survey and publish it.
This survey will be displayed in your owners RentalReady dedicated space, through a pop-up window.
N.B: please note that survey will only be displayed from the 10th to the 25th of each month. This setting is not customizable for now.
