The smart scheduler automatically generates recurrent missions.
Once you have set up the smart scheduler on your properties, the first mission will be automatically generated at the selected date. One day after the mission is completed, the next mission will be automatically created at the recurrency you selected.
Manage smart scheduler
You can manage all missions created in the schedulers page.
From the main menu, go to Missions > Smart scheduler
Select the office
Go to Mission schedule tab
Once created, missions generated by the smart scheduler are managed like any other missions.
You can also add custom date or schedule another recurring mission.
Deactivate a smart scheduler
There are two ways to deactivate a scheduler at any time:
- from the property page > Edit property > Missions > Smart scheduler, untick the option Enable for this property
- from the scheduler page, in the main menu go to Missions > Smart scheduler. Select the office, Go to Mission schedule tab. Click on Disable button.
Delete a smart scheduler
You can delete a scheduler at any time from the property page > Edit property > Missions > Smart scheduler
